A team that hails from 14 countries.
We pride ourselves on our supportive and warm culture, our best in class remote working practices, and believe strongly in agile methodologies.
The world is changing as we speak. While the fundamentals of education will remain, the way that it is delivered and assessed has to be rethought. While nobody knows what a post–COVID world looks like, we want to be a proactive and positive force in shaping that future for students.
We are always growing our team!
We're always looking for talented, experienced engineers who can come in at a senior or principal level and get up to speed quickly.
This role is an advanced member of the team who drives technical strategy in efforts spanning a large technical area and is a key individual contributor. You will be responsible for working together with the Engineering Leadership team to improve processes and help to technically advance the team.
All of our engineers need to have sound fundamentals including knowledge of performance and scalability, debugging skills, unit testing, writing and reviewing technical documentation, and the ability to modularize, refactor and document code.
Communication skills are especially important to us. We're a fully remote team that uses all of the modern tools to keep in close contact and support each other. Every engineer here works directly with our customers, our product designers and QA team every day. Work/life balance is very important to us and, as a remote company with team members located around the world, we offer very flexible schedules.
We're constantly looking for exceptional people who will fit this role. People who are excited about making a huge impact in eduction, while working in a collegial, highly collaborative environment.
